Your Legal Obligations
You need to:
Both be over 18 years of age
Produce your birth certificates if born in Australia or your birth certificate or passport if born outside Australia
Produce divorce decree absolute papers if either of you have been married previously
Produce a death certificate if either of you have been married previously and your spouse is deceased
Provide two witnesses over the age of 18 years on the day of marriage . I can assist you with this if you require.
